Biography

I was born in Bogotá Colombia.

Besides the PhD in Philosophy Art and Critical Studies from EGS I hold a B.A. in Political Sciences from the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and a M.A. in Peace Studies and Conflict Transformation from the University of Innsbruck.

Currently, I work as Head of the General Studies Department at the Universidad INCCA de Colombia. I teach a course on Conflict Transformation at the same university.

The Colombian armed conflict, its cultural effects and the resistance processes related to that conflict have been my main research interest.
